Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth - 50cl - 18% ABV
Regal Rogue Daring Dry is led by savoury and light salty notes creating a umami finish. Marrying a grassy Sauvignon Blanc from South Australia with native Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Native Thyme and followed by white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper. This gives an earthy, salty and very herbaceous character. Regal Rogue follows a natural production process with no wood interaction and finishes semi-dry with a lingering after- taste.
Try one of these - 50ml Regal Rogue DD, Fever-Tree Indian tonic water, a caper berry or olive, sprig of thyme and served over ice in a highball.
NEGRONI ADVICE -
While at its best in a Martini, Regal Rogue's Daring Dry is a good choice for a White Negroni too. Anchor the drink with Suze and lean into the savoury nature of the vermouth by matching it with something that has an Umami, saline touch like Da Mhile Seaweed Gin, or alternatively the pure Mediterranean escapism that is Gin Mare and its oily olives and rosemary notes.
