Bermondsey Tonic - 20cl

£1.30

Bermondsey Tonic, hails from 214 Bermondsey, an old antiques shop come gin bar. They make both a syrup (the quinine comes from the bark of the cinchona tree), which is added to carbonated water for each cocktail as well as in ready-to-drink pre-carbonated bottles.

Hand-crafted to a traditional Victorian recipe, Bermondsey uses naturally occurring Quinine from the bark of the Cinchona tree, as opposed to the synthetic substitute, giving it a golden hue.

Bermondsey Tonic -

More subtle in it's flavour, Bermondsey has none of that over powering bitter sweetness associated with some high street tonics. The citric acid is prominent and gives a zing of it's own but the defining character of Bermondsey is its rounded tone. Great for those who like a more mellow G&T.

Due to the use of Cinchona Bark which is naturally high in Quinine, Bermondsey must be pre-chilled before serving
