Golden BELSAZAR Vermouth White (18% ABV) transcends the border between sweet and mild, with a beautifully subtle vanilla aroma, amply supported by the ever-popular dried peach and orange elements. These warming orangey elements are particularly well suited to Gins like Shortcross, where it accentuates the rich berry tones inherent in the gin. The bitterness at the end of the vermouth leaves a satisfying length to the finish and a touch of spice. On its own or with gin, this is quite simply delicious.
