Wiston Blanc de Blancs 2010 - 75cl - 12% ABV
Wiston Estate has been owned by the Goring family since 1743. Harry and Pip Goring planted their first vines in 2006, choosing the three traditional sparkling wine varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Wiston Estate’s traditional wooden Coquard press is one of only four outside of France and is unique to the UK. These brilliant wines are created by one of the best winemakers in the country, Dermot Sugrue. With a little help from his two dogs, Tara and Noodles, Dermot epitomises the artistry in winemaking.
Creamy aromatic citrus notes combine with baked pastry aromas in an enticing style. Intensely rich ripe apples and apricots are softened by hints of white chocolate and peach.
